Responsibilities:
Job Description:
Establish and develop new clients & market
Maintain existing customers' accounts and be responsible for creating business opportunities
Sell a variety of chemicals to be used in different industries
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports and visits, weekly and monthly work plan
Collect and monitor current marketplace information and intelligences on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandizing techniquesand movements during daily activities
Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
Develop and grow the commercial relationships of assigned leading industrial customers while prospecting for new accounts to increase market penetration.
Manage sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities to commercial success.
Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms.
Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.
Quote prices, credit terms, or other bid specifications.
Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements.
Inform customers of estimated delivery schedules, credit/payment monitoring, or other information pertaining to purchased products.
Partner with logistics for product shipment coordination and with Customer Service for problem resolution.
Requirements:
Male / Female; Age 25 - 33 years old
The ideal candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree in any Engineering or Chemical/Science discipline
Required language(s): English
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Chemical trading; especially for Coating, Rubber & E-Plating ; General and Chemical Specialty
Highly motivated individual
Good communication and selling skill, also good personality
Ability in Complain Handling and excellent customer service skills
Computer literate (MS Office)
Fluent in English is a plus
Willing to travel
Have own car
